Formthotics™ Products
Once you have assessed the patient’s situation, you can select from a range of products with varying support (hardness) and cushioning (softness), types (full length or 3/4 length for shoes without laces or non-removable insoles) and sizes (from Kids to Extra Large). Only Formthotics products are individually milled, a process that results in a consistent foam density throughout the product. This milling process, along with the unique material and design, allows Formthotics to be precisely custom thermoformed to the wearer’s foot and shoe. Most other competing orthotic insoles cannot be custom fitted like Formthotics because they are heat-compression moulded at high temperatures and pressures which permanently change the structure of the material. Our Foot Science Express products are made of ethylene vinyl acetate and come with a rearfoot and forefoot wedges for adjustment.
